How to apply for a Graduate Programme, Placement or Apprenticeship at TJX Europe

Apply using the application links on our website. You will be asked to upload your CV and answer a few questions relevant to the role and your motivations to apply.

4. PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS

If your application is successful, you will be asked to complete some psychometric assessments relevant for the role you are applying for.

For some programmes the next step is an online one-way video interview, which is for us to feel a bit more like we’ve ‘met’ you on a more personal level. You can expect to be asked more about yourself, your motivations and some programme-specifics questions.

6. ASSESSMENT CENTRE OR INTERVIEW

The final stage is either an assessment centre or an interview. The assessment centre or interview are both in person.

The assessment centre consists of an interview, a group task, and a programme specific task, such as a presentation.

7. OUTCOME

After the assessment centre or interview, we will call you within two weeks to let you know the outcome and you will receive specific feedback whether you were successful or not.
